Parking Requirements for
New Developments
Before Lily Cheng becomes too busy with the City
matters, we should take the opportunity to share our
concerns regarding our neighbourhood.
The City decreased the number of mandatory parking
for the new developments. A few greedy developers go
further, and you see the result in this picture
taken this early morning at seven, cars everywhere
around the building. We can not change our lifestyle
overnight. The funny part is that the developers in
the public meeting consultations try to sell this as
a favour to us and a way to fight climate change.
Lily Cheng, as I know, is very gentle and kind. I
pray she could be tough enough to face those greedy
developers.
